Craters & Freighters of Northern Colorado expertly builds custom wooden crates to protect items of high value or fragility that need the best level in packaging and crating. We have many custom crate styles and designs that offer unmatched protection during the shipping process. Craters & Freighters carefully evaluates the needs of the item being ship and considers the fragility, dimensions, and weight.
We can design to any specifications including MIL-Spec, ASTM, or designs that you provide us. When building a crate for our clients several key components are kept in mind in designing the crate such as the size of the item, weight, configuration, sensitivity and its final destination to name a few. So depending on the customer's requirements, we can build a crate that meets their needs.
All of our wooden crates are designed to be reusable. We also provide the ISPM-15 bug stamp capability, making our crates international export sufficient.
